It’s been rather quiet on the Cate Blanchett front of late, so when we spotted her on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Australia‘s May 2013 issue, we couldn’t have been happier.
A fashion spread made up entirely of one of our favourite sartorial heroines decked out in one Roland Mouret dress after another? Perfection.

Daria Werbowy covers are hard to come by these days, so I’m rather excited to see her on the inaugural issue of Vogue Ukraine. My favourite model of all time looks as gorgeous as ever in Prada fur. I just might need to get my hands on this issue…never mind the fact that I won’t be able to read a word of what’s inside. The cover image is just that good – here’s hoping the accompanying editorial lives up to it.

Charlize Theron looks gorgeous on the cover and inside Vogue UK‘s May 2012 issue. We haven’t seen as much of her over the last few years, but she’s coming back with a vengeance, quite literally, as the Evil Queen in the upcoming movie Snow White and the Huntsman. Evil or not, she looks just as stunning in the film’s trailer too.

Cate Blanchett covers Harper’s Bazaar UK‘s April 2012 issue, and we couldn’t be happier about it. We missed dearly her and her fabulous sense of style during the Oscars red carpet coverage last week.
It’s about time we got our Cate fix. Thanks to Harper’s, these gorgeous shots of the actress in Lanvin, Ralph Lauren, Alexander McQueen and Antonio Berardi are doing the trick.

Adele has returned in a big way. Six Grammy Awards and a cover and spread in Vogue’s March 2012 issue? None too shabby for a 23-year old, albeit an incredibly talented one. She looks absolutely stunning in her Vogue editorial.
T and her friend D, who were practically hyperventilating during the singer’s Grammys performance last night, are Adele’s #1 fans. This post is for them!

Daria Werbowy, our favourite supermodel of all time (it’s a bonus that she’s Canadian), covers Vogue Paris‘ February 2012 issue…in a bedazzled Prada Spring 2012 swimsuit, no less.
And if the fabulous cover isn’t enough to get our fellow Daria fans excited, this little tidbit should: the supermodel stars in her very own 70-page editorial inside. You read right – 70 whole pages of Daria! We cannot wait to get our hands on this issue.

Andrej Pejic is on the cover of FASHION Magazine‘s upcoming February 2012 issue. That fact alone is epic enough; the androgynous (male) model looks downright fabulous in that frothy tulle dress, hence the cover making the rounds on the Internet this week. But what blew me away even more than the stunning cover image was the realization that the gorgeous design Pejic is wearing is the very one I watched come down the runway at Lucian Matis‘ recent Spring 2012 presentation.
I’m a huge fan of Matis’ work, so seeing his dress on a big name model like Andrej Pejic – on the cover of FASHION, no less – has me feeling rather proud. Congrats to the FASHION team on a beautiful cover, and kudos for spotlighting one of Canada’s finest in such a big way. More of this please!
UPDATE: Pejic’s editorial for FASHION is out, and the 11-page spread is full of looks from Canadian designers like Greta Constantine, Calla Haynes and even Joe Fresh! Fantastic work by fashion director George Antonopoulos.

Emma Watson will always be Hermione Granger to me: “Now if you two don’t mind, I’m going to bed before either of you come up with another clever idea to get us all killed. Or worse, expelled.” But she sure is growing up fast, isn’t she? Granger is all dolled up in the July 2011 issue of Vogue, and looking the part too.

Rihanna looks absolutely stunning as a ginger-haired mermaid on the cover of Vogue US‘s April 2011 Shape Issue – who knew she had it in her? Apparently Anna Wintour did. This cover blows Emmanuelle and Giselle’s Vogue Paris cover out of the water, n’est-ce pas?

It was announced earlier this year that Gisele Bündchen would be covering Emmanuelle Alt’s first Vogue Paris issue as editor-in-chief, and today we catch our first glimpse of the April 2011 cover. Photographed in St. Barts by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matatin, the cover features Bündchen in a white sheer number from Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2011 collection.
As lovely as the cover is, I’m feeling a tad on the underwhelmed side. I was expecting more from the combination of Emmanuelle + Gisele + Inez +Vinoodh. What do you think of Alt’s first outing as editor-in-chief?
