Garance Dore, The Cherry Blossom Girl
Last November, I triumphantly reported that I’d managed to locate a Stella McCartney x GapKids band jacket for myself. Winter then got in the way and I haven’t had the opportunity to take it out for a spin, but there’s been plenty of wear by other lucky jacket owners, including the cutest little boy named Miles on Garance Dore’s blog, The Cherry Blossom Girl and even French First Lady Carla Bruni, who’ve been wearing theirs out and about. I love how the jacket goes with everything from a Beatles t-shirt (how clever!) to a very ladylike dress and motorcycle boots. I can’t wait to give the jacket my own particular brand of styling.
