Clothing lines designed by celebrities are often less than stellar, save for a few exceptions like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s The Row and Elizabeth and James, so my skepticism when I heard that Nicole Richie was launching an accessory line and now a clothing line was understandable. I haven’t been lured in by any of the House of Harlow 1960 jewelry pieces to date, but this floor-length silk dress from her Winter Kate collection caught my eye. The pretty print, pleating and kimono sleeves make this soft and romantic dress a standout. The dress retails for $260 and will be available through Neiman Marcus when the collection launches this Spring. Some Winter Kate pieces are currently available for pre-order at Singer22.
