Whether she’s interviewing Lady Gaga, dishing about Gossip Girl, or presenting Justin Bieber with a MMVA, Lauren is always high energy, full of laughs and on her game. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does, she also looks great doing it. We chatted with Lauren recently about her VJ gig, as well as her style secrets.

Skinny black pants/jeans.

Movie theatre popcorn.
