French design house Roger Vivier decided last year to forego the traditional couture collections in favour of a limited edition line called Rendez-Vous. Only three collections of couture quality, handmade accessories in, the line has already produced a number of exquisite designs that have shot to the top of my Holy Grail shoe list. Creative Director Bruno Frisoni‘s fourth Rendez-Vous collection, unveiled last week, is just as covetable as the first three were.
Titled ‘Aristo Boheme’, the Fall/Winter 2012-2013 collection has all the ingredients necessary for a gorgeous shoe line: lace, feathers, and exotic leathers. The multicoloured feather pump alone has me in a shoe-induced tizzy. It’s highly unlikely I’ll ever get my grubby little hands on a pair, but a girl can dream, can’t she?
