When we first saw the images of Karl Lagerfeld‘s Metiers d’Art Paris-Edinburgh collection for Chanel earlier this year, we were utterly blown away. Now he’s gone ahead and chosen the absolute perfect person to star in the ad campaign, and we’ve fallen in love all over again.
Actress and bonafide style icon (and girl crush!) Tilda Swinton is fronting the collection, and doing an incredible job of it. She looks fierce beyond words in the campaign images and we’re dying for every single piece featured. Tartan everything, please!

With the film’s release date finally drawing near, Gatsby fever is about to hit the fashion industry. Kicking it all off? Carey Mulligan‘s feature in Vogue‘s May 2013 issue. The film’s female lead graces the magazine’s cover and a 6-page editorial inside, all decked out in gorgeous Gatsby-inspired garb. The images are stunning to say the least.
Watch the behind-the-scenes video of the photo shoot here. And start counting down the days until The Great Gatsby‘s May 10 release date with us. We simply cannot wait.

I posted one of these images on Instagram last week, but this stunning editorial deserves a post all its own. Karlie Kloss was shot by David Sims for the Hermès Spring/Summer 2013 catalogue, all decked out in printed silks.
With spring officially here, it looks like it’s time to break out our most colourful silk scarves again, wouldn’t you say?

It’s been rather quiet on the Cate Blanchett front of late, so when we spotted her on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Australia‘s May 2013 issue, we couldn’t have been happier.
A fashion spread made up entirely of one of our favourite sartorial heroines decked out in one Roland Mouret dress after another? Perfection.

Daria Werbowy covers are hard to come by these days, so I’m rather excited to see her on the inaugural issue of Vogue Ukraine. My favourite model of all time looks as gorgeous as ever in Prada fur. I just might need to get my hands on this issue…never mind the fact that I won’t be able to read a word of what’s inside. The cover image is just that good – here’s hoping the accompanying editorial lives up to it.

Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz and Mila Kunis, the leading ladies of Oz the Great and Powerful, combine for a lovely cover for InStyle Magazine‘s March 2013 issue. Inside, they don colourful spring looks from the likes of Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana and Lanvin.
Now not only can’t we wait for spring – and spring fashions! – but we’re also rather excited to see three of our favourite actresses in the upcoming film, which hits theatres in March.

Over the past 2 weeks, I’ve been sick as a dog, working crazy hours, and bundled in my Canada Goose parka whenever I do manage to escape from the office. Suffice to say then that Naomi Watts on the cover of Vogue Australia‘s February 2013 issue is a breath of fresh, spring air.
I daresay the Golden Globes nominee, for her role in Impossible, has never looked better. Of course that gorgeous green Gucci she’s wearing, from the Spring 2013 runway collection, certainly helps. Naomi is definitely one to watch on this awards season’s red carpets.

Chinese model Fei Fei Sun has scored the January 2013 cover of Vogue Italia all by her stunning self, the first Asian model to do so in the magazine’s history. Not only is the cover a significant moment for diversity in the fashion industry, but it, along with the accompanying editorial, promises to be downright gorgeous. Check out screen caps from the behind-the-scenes video for a sneak peek at the spread.
UPDATE:
The editorial is out! And it’s everything we hoped it would be.

With the Anna Dello Russo at H&M accessories collaboration successfully purchased, we can now focus our collective attention on the upcoming Maison Martin Margiela x H&M capsule collection. And as if right on cue, feast your eyes on the ad campaign images, as well as scans from a feature in ELLE China‘s November 2012 issue, that have popped up.
Combine these photos with that image of a little red dress we posted back in August and the line-up is looking downright epic. Margiela x H&M will be available in around 230 H&M stores worldwide and online at hm.com on November 15, 2012. Why pretend otherwise: see you in line!

Jennifer Lawrence is killing it recently. She stunned as a brunette in Dior Haute Couture at the Toronto International Film Festival last month, and now she’s on the cover of Vogue UK looking just as gorgeous as a blonde in Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2012. Check out the full feature in the gallery below.
I can’t wait until Katniss returns to the big screen in the Hunger Games trilogy; November 2013 can’t come soon enough.
